Model, actor, and musician Athereal Rose lives in this tiny 2014 Dodge Ram ProMaster high-roof camper van with her cat Mystic. Not only is she a homeowner, her cozy home-on-wheels allows her to save a ton of money in her career; being able to travel WITH her home means she doesn’t have to pay expensive hotel fees when traveling for work.

Though she describes her style as bohemian, highlighting a love of bright colors, wood tones and other natural elements play a big part of her small home’s style. Not surprising, perhaps, for someone who grew up in a log cabin in Alaska, surrounded by natural textures and colors.

In her video tour, she claims her only DIY project was removing a very shiny plastic white backsplash cover to reveal a lovely wood grain (seen on the right in the photo above). But I say that her incredible storage skills—and the amount of shoes she’s been able to fit in this tiny van—are DIY project level worthy.

Her favorite element is the LED lighting-ideas-that-simply-work/”>lighting system, which has a bright white setting for task lighting when she’s working, but also features also a fainter, warm lighting setting that she uses for winding down at the end of the day. Her not so favorite element? The lack of a shower! Normally that wouldn’t be an issue—she had been showering at her gym—but COVID restrictions made her gym temporarily close. For her sake I hope she’s found a new shower spot!
