Personally, I always need to stash a few things by my front door—masks, keys, chapstick—or there is a very high chance that I’ll forget them when I leave the apartment. My current setup isn’t anything to brag about, but that’s about to change. While browsing H&M Home (which I do often), I was so excited to find this beautiful cane storage box that’s priced right at just —and would look stunning on an entryway table. Within just seconds, I ordered it, and I’d suggest you do the same if you are looking for a stylish storage box that’s on the smaller side. I’m a sucker for cane and rattan accents (if you saw my last apartment’s sitting area, which is pictured above, you’d know that already), so I was eager to add this box to my collection.
Classic cane and rattan pieces like these can be difficult to find if you’re on a budget. H&M Home, however, makes it easy to incorporate this trend into your space with their reasonable prices. What I like about their offerings is that they often pair their cane with black and brown woods, so pieces feel boho and classic at the same time. Just act quickly if something catches your eye, as anything cane and rattan tends to sell out fast. Sometimes products are brought back on the site at a later date, but this can be months after their initial drop. My advice is to buy something right away if you like it (you can always return it) and to keep checking back every few days or so to see if a restock has happened if you missed your dream piece.
No room for a box like this near your front door? This cane piece would also look lovely on a bookshelf or even on a coffee table next to a stack of books in your living room. I’m currently hiding my remotes in the above burl wood box. At 7-inches wide though, the H&M cane box would be a good candidate for this kind of thing as well. Also, yes, that is a cane tray from H&M Home as well that you are seeing to the right of the burl box. I told you I loved their cane offerings!
