Squeeze Fresh Juice with These Ring and Knuckle Juicers
Not only are these “rings” design objects that push the idea that form follows function… they also are a fun way to persuade people to upgrade their bartending skills with the use of fresh juice in their cocktails!
We have long been fans of GENERATE, and often find smart, well-designed products with a twist of humor when perusing their site. Needless to say when we stumbled on their collaboration with NY design studio Object Rights – the Ring Juicer and Knuckle Juicer – we chuckled. These pieces feature a conventional reamer head paired with double finger holes for the Ring Juicer and an ergonomic knuckle-shaped handle for the Knuckle Juicer, forming decidedly unconventional takes on the classic kitchen and bar tool.
The handmade ceramic Ring Juicer is a limited edition of 900 in Glossy White, Ruby Red, Mustard Yellow, Apple Green, Turquoise Blue, and Matte Black.
The Knuckle Juicer comes in a 3D printed PLA (food-safe coating) in Gray, Yellow, and Green with just 150 available, while a handmade ceramic version comes in Ivory with gold glazing in a limited edition of 50.
