Kick Back + Relax with Visionnaire’s Kathryn Outdoor Collection
For Visionnaire’s new Kathryn outdoor collection, furniture product designer Giuseppe Viganò pulled out all the stops. For Kathryn’s armchair, he used a weave that’s based on Italian tradition to combine teak wood with linen cord in a herringbone pattern. The internal structure is made from brass that will naturally oxidize outdoors without rusting, and the upholstery is made of heavy-duty materials made to last. Add the accompanying pouf for an even more inviting outdoor vibe.
The Kathryn floor lamp looks to nature for inspiration with its shell-like structure in curved marine plywood that’s been covered in teak. A luminous sphere in polyethylene sits cradled yet securely anchored in its curve.
Inspired by a wave of water, the sweeping seat of the Sveva lounge chair looks like a spot worthy of a sweltering afternoon well spent. When the capitonnè seat and sangallo lace canopy come together there’s no denying the glamour that accompanies this piece.
