When will the package arrive?

The packages typically arrive in 7~20 business days, not counting holidays and weekends.

The postal system in Brazil, Mexico, and Chile is usually slow. If you do not receive it within 2 weeks, please contact our customer service.

I’m not satisfied with the item. What should I do?

We will send you a refund or return the product in their original packaging with all the components.

If you’re not satisfied with our product, please contact our customer service freely, we can talk to resolve the issue.

What’s your return policy?

If there is an issue with the quality of the goods or wrong goods sent in error, then we will send a full refund; If the buyer bought the wrong goods, then he/she needs to pay the shipping charges for returning the goods, there can also be a full refund.  You have 7 days to inform us about the issue with the delivered products, you shall have 30 days to return or replace the product in its original condition and packaging.
